•   FREE normal mail to our customers loacted in Singapore, Malaysia and Brunei for orders above $30.

•   Normal postage to our customers located in Singapore, Malaysia and Brunei charged at $1.70 for orders below $30.

•   Registered Mail is an additional SGD$2.20 +7% (4c) GST for Singapore and $2.20 No Tax for the rest of the world.

•   FREE Air Mail postage to our customers located in all other parts of the world when they order SGD$30.00 or more.

•   Please choose the desired shipping method at checkout.  

•   We highly recommend using our FREE courier service or registered mail, as LilyRae.co will not be responsible for any lost or undelivered mail.

30 Day Money Back:

•    Simply email us at enquiries@lilyrae.co within 30 days from the invoice date & we will send over our driver to pick up the returned goods & issue you a refund back in the same way the payment was made. 

•    All returned merchandise must be in it's original condition with its tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered condition. Items including defective items not abiding to these terms will not be accepted.

•    Sales items excluding defective items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchange & Return Policy:

•    LilyRae is happy to exchange any Defective item, Incorrect item and Incorrect size received.

•    All exchanges must be notified within 30 days from the date of invoice. Pleas email us at enquiries@lilyrae.co for exchange notification. Lilyrae will follow up with a confirmation email.

•    Items must be picked up by our driver or mailed back to us within 7 days after confirmation of exchange or reutrn.

•    All merchandise for exchange must be in it's original condition with its tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered condition. Items including defective items not abiding to these terms will not be accepted.

•    Sales items, bags, clutches and accessories excluding defective items cannot be returned.

•    All exchanges are final and only one off exchange will be given for merchandise purchased.

Exchange Policy (Defective Item and Incorrect Item):

•    In the event if you have received a defective item or incorrect item, Lilyrae will provide an exchange and replace the product in the same color and size, subject to availability. In the event if the item originally purchased is sold out, a store credit voucher will be given. No cash refunds will be made.

•    Postage charges will be reimbursed in the form of store credit voucher not including cost of envelopes. 


Exchange Policy (Incorrect Size):

•    In the event if you have purchase item of an incorrect size, Lilyrae will provide an exchange to the correct size in the same color, subject to availability.

•    Size request is only for in-stock items. Request for an exchange to a different color, different item or an item on backorder will be declined.

•    Store credit voucher will be given should the item be sold out in your desired color and size.

•    Item mailed be must be done via registered post. Kindly note that no reimbursement of postage charges will be given.

•    Items purchased on sales will not be allowed for exchange.


Returned Items In Exchange For Store Credit:

•    All store credits will be utilize within 6 month.

•    All store credits are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash.
