Ordering Information:
To place an order from Lilyrae.co, you will need to register an account with us here. By setting up an account with us, your details will be saved for your convenience. You may also track your past orders as well as opt to receive benefits such as weekly newsletter updates, exclusive discounts and special offers.

Payment Methods:

Lilyrae currently accepts these modes of payment;

    •    Internet Banking to DBS account
    •    Interbank Transfer from other banks
    •    Paypal

Customers who choose Internet Banking (1) as their payment method will have their order(s) reserved for 12 hours upon receiving an invoice. Payment details will be sent to your e-mail address provided by you after completing the checkout process. Please update your payment details in the link provided in the email.
For customer(s) who wish to do an interbank transfer from other banks such as OCBC/Standard Chartered/CitiBank (2), please note that your payment will take 3 working days to be verified. Please inform us at payment@lilyrae.co on such payment arrangement and stock reservation timeline will be extended to 3 days to accommodate to payment verification process.
 
Delivery and Order Processing:
Lilyrae is unable to amend or cancel orders once they have been confirmed. Do ensure that all you have selected the correct merchandise with the correct size or color where applicable.

Modes of delivery:

Local Normal Post, Local Registered Post, International Regular and Registered Post

All orders will be posted out within 2 days upon verification of payment. Delivery is carried out during working hours from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Product delivery is the responsibility of our third party postal service providers. Lilyrae shall not be held liable for any lost parcel in post if proof of postage is supplied. Any claim will have to be made with our third party postal service providers and we will use our reasonable endeavours to assist in claiming compensation (if any).

Product Care:
Apparels purchased from Lilyrae are advised to be handwashed. Buyers are encouraged to iron all items at low to medium heat. Items that are of chiffon, silk or satin material are to be steam ironed with a piece of cloth between the iron and the item.
